1. General Agreement

  • By registering for this virtual event (the “Event”), the participant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Event is a virtual activity where Participants may complete their run at any location of their choosing during the specified event period.
  • For Event details, please refer to the “Rules & Regulations” of the event.

2. Registration and Payment

  • Payment Requirement: Participants must complete the official registration process and settle the entry fee in full before participating in the run or submitting any results.
  • Access: Only registered Participants with a confirmed payment are eligible to participate and claim event entitlements.
  • No Refund Policy: All payments made are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of the Participant’s inability to participate, medical conditions, or any external factors that may prevent completion of the Event.

3. Participation and Submission of Results

  • Health and Safety: Participants agree that they are physically fit to compete and are participating at their own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the activity.
  • Evidence of Completion: Participants must record their run using a GPS-enabled tracking application or device.
  • Submission Process: Clear evidence of the run (e.g., a screenshot showing date, distance, and time) must be uploaded to the designated platform within the stipulated timeline.
  • Verification: The Organizer reserves the right to request additional data to verify the authenticity of a submission.

4. Organizer’s Authority and Disputes

  • Disqualification: The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who is found to have submitted fraudulent data or breached these terms.
  • Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, discrepancy, or ambiguity regarding the Event rules, results, or rewards, the Organizer’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or challenges to this decision will be entertained.

5. Amendments and Special Terms

  • Special Provisions: The Organizer may introduce special terms and conditions for specific matters (such as promotional contests, shipping logistics, or category-specific rules). In such cases, the special terms shall take precedence over these general terms regarding those specific matters. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any updates.
  • Right to Change: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property and Privacy

  • Participants grant the Organizer the right to use any photos or videos submitted during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the administration of the Event and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
